The 1949 Eureka Sportstamps set is one of the most beautiful issues of its era. Featuring 200 players (twenty-five players from each of the eight National League teams), it is also one of the most ambitious and comprehensive sets produced during the period. Presented is a complete 200-stamp set of 1949 Eureka Sportstamps, completely intact in its original album (as issued).

This set includes sixteen Hall of Famers, highlighted by Jackie Robinson, Roy Campanella, and Stan Musial. All 200 stamps (five sheets of forty stamps each) have been beautifully preserved in their original album and present with vibrant colors.

The album displays virtually no wear except for a crease on the upper right corner (of no consequence and mentioned strictly for the sake of accuracy); the interior pages are Near Mint+. The 1949 Eureka Sportstamps have long been overlooked by collectors and because of grading are now just beginning to receive the attention that they deserve.
